Check your land record in Telangana (Bhu Bharati)

Bhu Bharati replaced the Dharani portal in 2025. It holds Telangana's land records and handles mutation, corrections and appeals.

• District, mandal and village
• Survey number
• Pattadar passbook number, if you have it

Steps

1. Open Bhu Bharati, the Telangana Revenue Department's land portal.
2. Search the land record with district, mandal, village and survey number.
3. Check the owner's name and any prohibited-land or loan entries.
4. Apply for a correction or mutation on Bhu Bharati if something is wrong. Keep the application number.

Old Dharani links no longer work. Use only the official government site, not look-alike sites.
