Building tax for homes in any panchayat, municipality or corporation in Kerala is paid online on K-SMART.

Keep these ready
- Ward and door (building) number
- Owner's name as on the record
- A past tax receipt, if you have one
Steps
- Open K-SMART and choose your local body.
- Find your building with the ward and door number from an old receipt.
- Check the dues shown, including arrears.
- Pay by card or net banking.
- Download the receipt and keep it with your property papers.
