Ask for consular help on MADAD

MADAD is the Government of India's portal for complaints and help from Indian embassies and consulates.

Keep these ready

• Passport details
• Address and phone number abroad
• Documents about the problem

Steps

1. Register on MADAD with your email and mobile number.
2. Choose the type of problem and the Indian mission it concerns.
3. Describe what happened clearly and attach documents or photos.
4. Note your grievance number and track it on MADAD.
5. If there is no reply in a reasonable time, use the escalation option on the portal.
