Check your RTC (pahani) land record in Karnataka

The RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops), also called pahani, shows who owns farm land in Karnataka and its details.

Steps

  1. Open the Bhoomi land records site and choose View RTC.
  2. Select district, taluk, hobli and village.
  3. Enter the survey number, surnoc and hissa.
  4. Check the owner's name and any loan or mutation entries against your documents.
