Check 7/12 and 8A land records in Gujarat (AnyROR)

The 7/12 and 8A extracts show who owns farm land and its details. For city property, check the property card.

Steps

  1. Open AnyROR and choose rural land records (or urban property card for city property).
  2. Select VF-7/12 or VF-8A, then the district, taluka and village.
  3. Enter the survey number and view the record.
  4. Check the owner's name and any loans or entries against your documents.
